Carla is knowledgeable about her city. She knows the history, is happy to customize a tour, and is interesting and engaging. We had a great time with her, and took two tours: Vatican Museum, St. Peter's Basilica, and then the Forum, Jewish Ghetto, and Trastevere.
We were supposed to do the Colosseum with her, however, she wasn't able to get tickets to the newly opened underground area. She shared a group tour that offered it and suggested if it was important to us, we meet her after, which we did. I was really impressed by her doing this!
