Airbnb in Atrani, Rome, Venice for 3 (or 4) people

Just want to give a thumbs up to these three spots we stayed on our recent trip to Italy. They run a little more then I usually pay for accoms, but my mom was with us so I needed apartments that had separate sleeping areas...I try to stick to under $100, but these were well worth it...(they would all accom 4 people).

Atrani - a 10 min walk to Amalfi. The stairs were a little strenuous, but the place was clean and cool. Some rotten person in the village owns a rooster that starts crowing at 5am, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The church bells seemed to ring rather late and early as well. Kitchen area, lovely large bedroom, couch that folds out into a bed for the other person.

Rome - another large clean lovely place. Security building, small elevator, 4th floor. Great kitchen - I cooked supper three nights. Shower stall is a little small - even getting in and out was hard on the elbows. Excellent spot - you can see the Colosseum out the window so perfect for transportation and lots of churches/sights in walking distance. And perfect for early morning walks over to the Colosseum to enjoy it before the crowds descend. Grocery store on the next street over, lots of restaurants and Don Pepe gelato - the best! Downsides - I think I discovered there was a hospital close by - and ambulances seemed to be going non-stop (I still dream about the sirens). Restaurants and bars = street noise. I used a white noise app to cover it when going to sleep. Ear plugs would be handy for light sleepers. No washing machine. I would def return to this spot tho...

Venice - this room was a little smaller - kitchen was small, bathroom narrow, but the bedroom was big as was the living room (with pull out couch). Cool and very quiet - one of the nearby restaurants had an accordion player, but that seemed to stop after 9pm. So quiet, very dark with the shutters closed, no noise app needed. Only a few min walk to Rialto and the markets, or to the San Silvestro stop. Bank machines in the campo, grocery store nearby, few restaurants in the area (All Amarone - a fav). If we ever get back and my other choice is not avail (we stayed at Al Campaniel B&B the first 3 trips, which is nearby) I would most likely come back here.
