Depending on when you plan to visit the Tuscany region, and if you have not already found a place, I highly recommend Agritourisimo Cretaiole outside of Pienza. It is a wonderful place and the owners do everything to make your stay the best it can be. I recently stayed there earlier this year and have written a review recently.
