Boy Rick, if you say this hotel on your best of Siena list, I sure would like to know who is on the worst list. Perhaps the worst have no toilet seat at all instead of the one here that is barely attached to the toilet, making sitting on it an adventure in sliding. Fixing it would likely be a matter a couple bolts and washers, which I would do myself if I had brought my tools along to Italy, They told us they sure would fix it today but ..... well, they didn't. No surprise really, because the staff here is pretty non-caring attitude wise, and the overall impression is that hotel chiusarelli is being run on the cheap. Your book was informative Rick, but methinks you must have been paid off by the hotel chiusarelli folks.
