Does anyone have knowledge of a tour that goes from Dublin to the Burren and back only? I can find lots of great tours that go from Dublin to the cliffs of Moher to the Burren to Galway and back to Dublin for 12 1/2 hours, but I just want to see the Burren. And this won’t be until 2026, but I’m so excited I can’t stop planning! Thanks in advance!

When we bicycled down western Ireland for three weeks back in 2011, we contacted Tony Kirby for a tour of the Burren, and he met us with his car and drove us out for the walking tour. Since then, Rick Steves has added him in his guidebook as a recommended guide. He’s based now in County Clare, but has lived in Dublin, and might be able to help arrange getting you from Dublin to him for the tour, and back.
