We are traveling to Ireland in January of 2020. We'll be in Cork on January 14, 15, 16, &17. All of the tours we have check into are closed during the winter months. We hope to visit the Blarney Castle and Dingle While there on the 15th and 16th. Any ideas on transportation?

A car would be the easiest and fastest but I’m assuming that you won’t have one. So in that case there appears to be regular bus service from Cork City Center to Blarney and its castle: https://www.cork-guide.ie/blarney/blarney_bus_timeable.html.
Getting to Dingle by bus is more difficult but also possible. Go to rome2rio.com to see what your choices are. It’s about a 4 hour ride one way.
