Dublin-Which location for apartment is better?

I am trying to decide between two apartment hotels in Dublin for a two night stay in September. Which location might be more centrally located? Price is the same and looks like buses from airport would work for either.

Staycity Apartotel
High Street, Christchurch, Dublin

Premier suites Plus
Earlsfort Centre, 14-17 Lower Leeson St, Dublin

Last visit to Dublin was 2007 when my husband ran the Marathon so looking forward to a revisit!

The Christchurch location is in the heart of central Dublin, an easy walk to most of the sights you might want to see. The Leeson St. location looks attractive and is close to St. Stephen's Green, but most of the city sights are on the opposite side of the Green and would take longer to reach.

Google Maps is very helpful for the kind of research you are considering.
