Which is the better road trip?

Which route would you suggest?
Dublin to Galway to Dingle or Dublin (stop at Cashel) to Dingle then Galway. Flying to London after and I'm thinking if I end in Ingle I'll fly out of Kerry but if I end in Galway I'll fly out of Shannon.

I'd start in Dingle, go up to Galway, then on to Dublin where you are only a short flight to London.
