We're flying in to Dublin but need to catch a bus to Belfast. Which bus do we take, and do we need to get tickets ahead of time? Thanks!

We used both the Dublin Express and the Aircoach buses. Both were fine, choose which one fits your schedule best. The Dublin Express coach seemed newer, but that may have been a coincidence. We booked ahead both times, and the bus was pretty full both times (each direction).

I have taken the bus many times from Dublin/Belfast. Dublin Express is the better choice. Newer buses and a rest room on board.

I just learned about the bus earlier. Our plan was originally to go to Connolly and take the train to Belfast. Is the bus better or the train?

The Dublin Express was booked already 2 busses ahead, but we were able to get on the TransLink. We have not taken the train yet. I recommend buying tickets ahead of time. We made it from plane to bus in about 45 min, and that was with picking up checked bags, everything went very fast.
