We are ending our Ireland trip in Donegal and traveling on to London. Any suggestions of which airport to use? Is there a closer choice then Dublin?

There is an airport in Donegal (CFN) that has flights to London (LHR)

Donegal has a small airport with flights to Dublin and Edinburgh (Aer Lingus), you could fly from there if you wanted and just have a layover.
Derry is maybe an hour or 75 minutes from Donegal, and RyanAir flies direct to London Stansted.
You could also drive to Belfast, which is maybe 30-45 minutes closer than Dublin.

I could be wrong, but I do not believe there are direct flights from Donegal Airport to London. The flights from Derry to Stansted on RyanAir are often dirt cheap.

Thank you! I will check the airport in Derry. We were not looking forward to a long drive to the airport.
Any special doc needed and where to you clear customs?
