Our mother/ daughter trip is coming up fast, March 6-13.
From Dublin, we are going north to Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. Staying one night at Bayview Hotel.
Day 2. Derry, Donegal and Sligo. Stay in Sligo but need recommendations.
Day 3,4. Sligo to Galway - 2 nights in Galway
Days 5,6 Galway to Dublin
We are concerned of the drive from Derry to Sligo.
Does anyone have recommendations of where to stay in Sligo area?

At this late date, I'd stay where I can get a suitable room, including parking. Sligo Town is compact and walkable, but parking might be an issue. Maybe look at one of the towns on the coast north of Sligo like Bundoran? I would use Booking.com to identify places that might suit your needs and then try to book directly.
At this late date, you may have to resort to using Google Maps Street View to walk the streets and look for signs in front of housing with a name or phone number, then Google that name. There are occasionally places that refuse the booking.com fees or more than a sign out front.
