My family is traveling in Ireland the end of July we fly into Dublin and are staying there for 3 days and ending our trip in Limerick for 3 days. We need suggestions for a place to stay in between Dublin and Limerick. We would like to stay mid-south for 2-3 days before heading on to Limerick.
What do you like to do and see? That may help us provide some suggestions
Castles, history, quaint towns and markets. Music, pubs.
My vote goes to Tralee. From there you can visit Dingle and the advantage of the great music scene and gorgeous scenery, you can your the Ring of Kerry as well which has very quaint villages and again gorgeous scenery and/or Killarney and its National Pparl, Gap of Dunlop and Ross castle.
I'm not clear - are you looking for something BETWEEN Dublin and Limerick? Or do you want to add the Southwest seperate of that?
Sorry,
