Where to stay in Galway

We really liked Petra House.

I just booked Marless House which was recommend by someone on this forum. Excellent Trip Advisor reviews.

Marless House is a great choice. Mary has been in the business for a long time and knows what she is doing. We were in Salthill in April but she was already booked for our dates. I can now also recommend Cappa Veagh in Salthill.

Second for Petra House. Of all of the places we stayed during our trip, the most memorable because of our hosts, Frank and Joan. Fantastic breakfast and a short walk to downtown. The room was cozy but not cramped. Highly recommend.

We chose to stay at Marless House for our upcoming trip in October. It was a toss up between there and Cappa Veagh. Both hosts responded to my email inquiries very quickly and were very cordial. I think both places offer wonderful amenities.
