What types of clothes do you suggest for Galway and Adare mid July? Thanks!

Too bad that we don't know where you are from. For example, if you were from the Pacific Northwest, I'd say "pack what you would wear at home."
I'd be prepared for temps in the 70's-80's, possible rain showers, and just about everything in the middle. This means having "layers." A normal shirt for the pleasant days, a sweater or fleece if it gets a little cooler, and a good waterproof rain jacket with hood to go on top.

Plug in July of previous years and you can see the high and low temps of each day in the month of July. Just a quick glance at the last two years for Galway, looks like highs range from 57-77 and lows from 52-62.
