We'd like to end a tour of Ireland in Dublin--but it seems as if all the recommended hotels and B&Bs are booked during our dates (July 26-27-28). Is there some special event going on? Any suggestions? We have tentatively booked at the beginning of our trip instead, but are still hoping we can turn this around. Thanks.

Thanks for the info about Garth Brooks. We're probably going to start in Dublin rather than finish there. There's also a comedy festival and a "curiosity" (science) festival then, apparently.

He is a really big deal there in Ireland. My boyfriend told me it made Irish News there in Ireland on how fast the concerts sold out.
