I am a planner and like to have game plan. I am schedule to go to Ireland in September. I am vaccinated, boosted and have travel insurance. I was wondering what experience has someone had if they test positive in Ireland. Is there a website you recommend to find a official doctor (need this for insurance)? Does Ireland put you in a specific hotel? Any other information I should plan on would be helpful. Thinking positive this will be a great trip.
This is the official govt of Ireland website for entering Ireland. Within it, there’s another link to guidance on developing COVID 19 whilst in Ireland.

There are no hotels – essentially stay in your room and self-isolate.
Keep the link and check again in August/September.
