What does PPS mean in a lodging listing

For example, wife and I are looking to book 1 room for 2 nights at a B&B, and the rate is listed as $75 pps. Does that mean we each pay $75 for the stay = $150 total, or is $75 per person per night = $300 total? Thanks in advance.

Per person sharing. You could think of it as similar to double occupancy. A room for two listed at 75 pss, would cost $150.
