Westport, Londonderry (Derry), Portrush, Trim - Recommendations for lodging

Greetings!

If anyone has recently visited the above mentioned areas (or areas close by) would you mind sharing where you stayed? We are doing the loop from Dublin to Dublin and I have things booked (or close to it) up to Galway. We plan on leaving Galway (Via Cong and the Hawk walk at the Ashford Castle) and spending 2 or 3 nights in Westport. Then Westport to Derry for 1 night, Portrush for 1 or 2 nights. Depending on lodging we may spend one night in Portrush and then sight see our way closer to Trim. We will spend 1 or 2 nights in Trim.
Thank you in advance!

We recently were in Trim and stayed at Highfield Guesthouse and were very satisfied: http://highfieldguesthouse.com. The room here was probably the most spacious and airy of any of the places we have stayed, thus far. It's a beautiful B&B. Everything--pubs, restaurants, etc.--that we needed was within a very short walking distance. The proprietress suggested we take the Trim Castle Riverwalk before dinner. It was a little highlight of our visit. We walked along the river and then through a field of sheep (well-marked path), past a ruined church, etc. to a pub called Recan (they only serve drinks), and then we looped back to town on another trail.

In Portrush, we stayed at Harbour Heights B&B, and again we were very satisfied: http://www.harbourheightsportrush.com. The proprietor (Tim) gave us good recommendations on a place for drinks and then dinner.

Both locations are mentioned in Rick Steves's current guidebook.

Thank you for your input! I think I have gone into overload reading all the comments on Trip Advisor regarding the B&Bs. I will take a look at the ones you have mentioned.

We stayed at the Everglades Hotel in Derry. Its a very nice hotel but out of the city center. It was booked as part of the tour we were on.
