Is it safe to walk from Bachelors Walk near O,Connell bridge north to Talbot Street? Specifically from Arlington hotel to Molloys pub? At night? It is supposedly just an 11 minute walk. I have tried looking at the bus schedule but it looks very complicated and I can't figure it out on-line.

It’s fine. I’ve walked that area by myself as a short middle aged female and didn’t feel uncomfortable.

That's a nice short walk along North Earl St. on to Talbot St. All busy streets. There are no buses convenient to that route, walking is likely quicker anyway.
