Hi,
Currently in Ireland on vacation.
Can anyone tell me, does a US Citizen need to fill out a PLF form to travel back to US from Ireland?
I can't seem to find a straight forward answer on line.

Perhaps an email (or other contact method) to the United States embassy in Ireland regarding your concern may result in clarification of requirements. Their website does not list a PLF as a covid related requirement for citizens returning to the US. This is also not reflected in CDC requirements. In conjunction with the necessary covid testing you will be required to complete a Passenger Disclosure and Attestation Form. I thoroughly enjoyed Ireland and have repeatedly returned. Enjoy your vacation!

I flew to Greece this summer and my airlines (Delta) sent me the attestation form to fill out prior to departure back to US. Submitted online, hope that helps.
