Trip with baby: Dublin, Kilkenny, Killarney, Galway vs Dingle

Plan thus far:
3 nights Dublin
-drive to Kilkenny
-is Glendalough worth detour?
2 nights Kilkenny (or nearby)
-Kinsale for day on way to Killarney?
3 nights in County Kerry (Killarney?)
We have 3 nights left to play with. Originally thinking Galway or Doolin but maybe we should spend some of that time in Dingle?
Last night will be closer to Dublin airport, maybe Trim.

Would love any insights or specific lodging recommendations. Our first time for international travel with our 6mo old son.

Bring a baby carrier for sure. Irish sidewalks are not always the most stroller friendly.

1 night in Kilkenny was enough for us. We did the castle and medieval mile. We drove from Kilkenny, stopped at Blarney and ended the day in Killarney. We really enjoyed Killarney. We rented bikes and biked in the National Park. There was also a great sheep sheering demonstration at Kissane farms.

We also did Dingle and enjoyed it. If you dropped one night from Kilkenny, I would use it for Dingle for sure. If your baby does well in the car, I would also add Galway.
