We will be staying in Ballyvaughan just outside Kinvara the night before. We want to do the Cliffs of Mohr and Burren the next day. What routing do you suggest as we have 1 more night stay before we beeline to Dublin. Should we go back to Ballyvaughan or circle to Ennis?

By all means, take the coast road around Black Head Point northwest of Ballyvaughan, then follow it south to Doolin and the Cliffs. Very scenic when you have a view of the ocean. On the way back to Ballyvaughan, take the road northeast to Lisdoonvarna and head into the Burren.

I agree 100% with David. The coast road around Black Head Point is very scenic! We went to Ireland in April and a local recommended this route over another route we had planned... great drive! I'm glad we listened.
