Traveling to Ireland for 2 weeks in June of 2017 with 15, 14, 12 year old

HI. We will be traveling to Ireland next June for 2 weeks and are looking forward to it! We are traveling with 3 active teenagers and would love some suggestions. We will probably fly into Dublin and drive around to Galway. We are going to tour the Medtronic Plant in Galway. Any suggestions on keeping teenagers interested and engaged? Thank you, Cathy

What are they interested in? Are you looking for a mix of culture and physical activity?

We were there in July for 2 weeks... our kids are 8 and 11. Some of the highlights for us:
- Kilmainham Goal in Dublin
- Dunmore Caves outside Kilkenny
- renting bikes in Killarney National Park and biking to Muckross House and Farms. There is a lot you can do in the park

- sheep herding demonstration at Kissane farms
- driving ROK and stopping for a picnic at Derrynane beach. My 11 year old actually swam here
-Horseback riding in Dingle
- falconry school at Ashford castle ( once in a lifetime experience for sure)
- my husband and son also did archery lessons at Ashford. Ashford outdoors has many activities

Have fun! We all LOVED Ireland and hope to be back :)

Trip out to Skellig Michael by boat (key filming location in one of the more recent Star Wars films), checking out the mummies in the crypt at St. Michan's Church (Dublin), seeing the bog bodies in the National Museum of Ireland (Dublin), Ailwee Caves (Burren/outside of Galway), day trip to Aran Islands. Definitely second the recommend for Ashford Castle's hawk walk if it is in the budget. Surfing at multiple spots along the coast, but they will definitely need to bring or rent wet suits, even in June, as the water is much colder than it is in the U.S. Horseback riding (multiple places you can do this, including Ashford Castle if you end up there).
