traveling in Western Ireland over a Sunday

What should we expect by way of stores, restaurants, sites, gas stations being open - looking at traveling from Dingle to Galway beginning at noon on Sunday, in the winter - would love any and all feedback.

Thank you in advance

Some historic sites have winter hours beginning Nov 1, and days and hours of operation can be limited. The individual websites of the places you want to see should have winter hours listed. I have traveled there in the winter a couple of times and had no trouble finding open pubs, restaurants, and shops, but that can vary by location. Since the Dingle-Galway drive is only 155-180 miles, depending on your route, it's unlikely that you will need gas. Just fill up the day before. I don't know that I ever looked for a gas station on Sunday, but their cars get such great mileage that I only needed to fill up maybe twice in a whole week's trip.
