First: Is there regular public transportation from Galway to Dingle Town?
Second: Is there regular public transportation from Dingle Town to Dublin?

Public transport in Eire leaves much to be desired.
Bus from Galway to Dingle is over a 5 hour journey. Train is close to 6 hours.
4 .5 hour drive from Dingle to Dublin.
From Dublin you can train to Tralee and then get a bus to Dingle.

Dingle is very time consuming to get to by public transit as it is a small, out of the way place that there is not great demand for the Irish people to get to. I did a day trip there from Killarney as that turned out to be easier than figuring out the bus/train routes. I seem to recall that no matter what I tried it was going to involve at least one change, and about half a day to get there from Galway.
