We live in the USA and are looking to travel to Ireland in July of 2022. We have been Vaxed (March of 2021), but not boosted. What are the travel restrictions to that county?
From everything I've found, if you are not boosted, you are not fully vaxxed and required to show proof of a negative PCR test from the past 72 hrs.
whatever they are now, they are likely to be different in July. In pandemic restriction terms, six months is positively a lifetime.
Just keep abreast of the requirements and changes on this Irish Government website. It was last updated on February 7th.

I am completely confused here.
First--our trip is Philadelphia to Edinburgh, (connecting in Heathrow), subsequently train to Glasgow, and then the ferry to Belfast. Am I correct that the only Passenger Locator Form we need in advance to that point is the one for Scotland?
But--we fly home out of Dublin, and the second day before this we will, take the bus from Belfast to Dublin. I cannot figure out if we do or do not need that passenger locator form for Ireland as we are not arriving there from overseas, but it will be one day less than 14 days since we left the US.
Either way -and this applies to any PLF we complete: what do we use for our phone number? We do not take our cell phones abroad, but we do have access to our email on pads. Do we give a number for the first place we are lodging at? Nor do we use any apps.
