We have a few days where we will be in Northern Ireland or Northern Republic of Ireland and would like to leave our itinerary open. Is that possible this time of year and location? I would prefer not to book everything out and we love to stay in small out of the way places (nontouristy), just not sure the availability is there for last minute stays. Thanks!
