Travel from Dublin to Liverpool

Sir, there once was a ferry serving the Dublin-to-Liverpool route. However, some routes have been eliminated over the years, though I believe that one is still in service. I'm not 100 percent sure. Google "Dublin to Liverpool ferry" and "Irish ferries." That should tell you if that route is still in operation. I know the most popular ferry, which is Dublin to Holyhead, Wales, is still running. On that route, you should be able to find either a train or bus from Holyhead to Liverpool.

On that route Irish Ferries compete with Stena Line. While both get you there within three hours Stena has the much better service to offer.
