Travel from Dublin to Belfast and then back to Dublin and Covid

I am touring Ireland for 9 days prior to traveling from Dublin to Belfast. Does anyone know what Covid restrictions or if there are any for Americans traveling to and from Dublin to Belfast and then back to Dublin by train?
