Anyone have recommendations for party of 3 transportation from Shannon Airport to Ennis?

Shannon airport is a small airport. We took a taxi to Ennis for about 35 Euros. Inexpensive between the 2 of us. Trip takes about 30 minutes. Simply the easiest way to go.
We were there for the 8 Days Heart of Ireland tour in Sept. 2017.
Are you doing this tour? if so, you will have a wonderful time.

Our tour stayed 3 nights in Dingle so I think my favorite part of the tour was there. The Slea Head drive is gorgeous and we visited the fascinating Blasket Island Centre. The countryside and the small towns are captivating in their beauty and charm. Dublin is very interesting as well. The whole tour is so well-planned, it really is difficult to pick "one" thing I loved best.
Your itinerary spends 2 nights in Dingle and a night in Kilkenny.
The thing about a RS tour is you will go and see places you didn't know you wanted to see. They are planned that way to have surprises that will delight you.

My friend and I stayed one day post-tour in Dublin and went to Kilmainham Gaol (we made advance reservations), the Dublin Writers Museum and the National Gallery of Ireland in Dublin with a fantastic collection of art. Dublin is a smallish city of 1 million people. Oh, also, we went to the Guinness Storehouse and went up to the Gravity Bar at the top for a 360 degree view of the city. I hear people say it is touristy but we didn't care, we enjoyed it very much.
After our 1 day post-tour in Dublin, we flew to London and stayed there for 5 nights and then flew home from Heathrow to home.
A great trip! I'm sure you will love it.

Whats fare and time duration for flight?

Our flight went from Atlanta on Delta to JFK to Shannon.
Then British Air from Dublin to London Heathrow.
Heathrow on Delta to Atlanta.
The fares were about $1200 on Delta.
British Air maybe $125, can't really recall.
Time to JFK about 2 hours, then layover. JFK to Shannon about 8 hours or so.
From LHR to ATL was about 9 hours.
