What is the best way to get from the Dublin Airport to our hotel in Dublin with 4 people, luggage and 3 sets of golf clubs. We don’t want to rent a car until we leave Dublin

You will get a better answer if you name your hotel and if you tell us just how much luggage handling, walking you want to do.........
My first impression would be take a large size taxi due to large amount of luggage. You simply walk outside the terminal and there is an official taxi rank where you stand in line and a taxi is assigned to you.
Be sure that you have reserved a car that is big enough for 4 people , 4 suitcases, 4 misc bags, and 3 golf bags when you do rent a car. I have a feeling this may be a limited supply........

There is a bus that runs to central Dublin. Very cheap. Each person carry 1 luggage and 1 golf bag. Board and go to central Dublin. From there, depending on where your hotel is, it might be in walking distance. We would need the name of the hotel to narrow suggestions down a bit. After a long flight, the walk might feel wonderful and you get to see some of the city.
