Hello,
Will the train (Dublin to Belfast) be running on Easter Monday (April 21)? If so with the schedule be normal weekday hours or adjusted for the Holiday?

Yes there are 'trains', running on a Sunday schedule, that is every two hours.
The bad news is that the line is closed for engineering work between Dublin and Newry.
There will therefore be bus replacement on a timetable yet to be announced. Whether the buses run early to maintain a connection at Newry or run to schedule direct to Belfast isn't currently announced.
Bookings are closed pending a timetable release.
