Which location has the better tour; Belfast, Waterford, or Cobh?
Can only tell you about Cobh, we were there in October and found it expensive and not worth our time, very disappointing, don't remember seeing anything from the ship, just a replica of a first and maybe second or third class cabin and a small replica of the ship. Would not go there.
Loved the Titanic Museum in Belfast. Unique building on the waterfront in the relatively new Titanic Quarter. Throughly enjoyed the two and a half hours I spent inside and outside the museum learning about all things Titanic. Extremely well done presentations. You'll also get to see the large yellow cranes of the nearby Harland and Wolff shipyard as well as the exterior of the Titanic Studios where the Game of Thrones is produced.
We did not get to see the other locations, but the Titanic Experience in Belfast knocked our socks off! It was one of the most impressive multi-media exhibits that I have seen yet. We spent a full 3 hours there on a Sunday afternoon in June last year. It was busy, but not packed. We had bought our tickets in advance, but we could have just as easily bought them on arrival - there was no line-up.
Another vote for the Titanic Belfast . Great experience .
We were just in Belfast last week and the Titanic museum and Pump House were pretty cool. So glad we got to go! My favorite parts of the museum was the re-creation of the cabins and the multitudes of stories of specific passengers. It was a very cool, interactive museum! The Pump House is a bit of a walk from the museum, but when you see the dry dock it puts into perspective how massive the Titanic was!!!
