Hiking Ireland - itinerary + public transpo

Hello
My husband and I are planning a summer hiking trip in Ireland. We are flying into Dublin (our only option) and then taking the train to Tralee and bus to Dingle. Long day, but I figure we can nap on the train.
Dingle 3-4 nights to relax, explore. We are planning on taking the bus to Dunquin early one morning and then hiking back to Dingle as well as exploring the trails around dingle. From there take the bus back to Tralee and then the train to Cork for 2-3 nights and enjoy the town and surrounding area.
Train to Dublin and then up to Belfast for 2 nights. Black cab tour and maybe Titanic sites. Train up to Portrush and do some hiking along the Causway coast. 3 nights
Train to Derry and then bus to Buncrana to do a bit of hiking along the wild Atlantic way. 3 nights.
Then train or bus back to Dublin for 3 night before we fly home.

Any advice on hiking, public transportation, things not to miss, tips for doing laundry or anything else you may get want to add, it will be much appreciated. We do not wish to rent a car. As much as I know it would be easier in some area. If anyone thinks some other towns or areas would be better than what I have found, please feel free. Thank you for your time.
Regards,
Tania and Jason.
