I’ve hired a private driver to take us from Galway to Dingle and then back to the Shannon airport.
It’s quite a bit of driving and I’m wondering what would be a good mount to tip ?
Also what do I tip the shorter driver from the airport driving us into Galway?

You aren't getting a lot of replies because tipping is unusual in most of Europe except by Americans. Unlike in the US, most service workers are paid a living wage and/or there is a service charge added as a line item, although how a driver would be paid is something I have no experience with. I think if he was self-employed, I'd not tip since he sets his prices based on no tip.
You'll have hours in the car to chit-chat, and tipping might be an interesting topic.
