Tipping on Guided Walking Tours

What is an appropriate tip for our tour guide on an 8 day guided walking tour in Ireland?

It really good - maybe upwards to 10%. Some will say no tips. The same percentage would be appropriate if it was one day instead of eight.

I would go with 15% of your tour cost
