This evening I will be headed to Dublin. I plan on taking a cab from the airport to my hotel in central Dublin. What is an appropriate tip for a decent ride in a cab?
What about restaurants? What is appropriate for waitstaff?

Taxi - No tip needed. At most a couple of Euro if you have any change left from your trip last Fall.
Restaurants - No tip needed. At most a couple of Euro. IF you pay with a CC there is no place to add a tip in so it's zero unless you've got change.
