I can't find info on hiking around the Kerry Cliffs. We are looking for 3 to 4 miles along this coast line. with additional return to our car. any other suggestions along the Ring of Kerry are appreciated. thank you Annelle

There's just a viewpoint at the Cliffs, with enough room for a short meander but not a proper hike if that's what you're looking for.

There's a very pretty hike out to Bray head that features picture postcard views of the Skelligs and the coastline ... lots of photo ops anyway. The trail is an out and back and goes out to an old Martello Tower on the point with spectacular views.

There are a number of nice hikes in the area. Try https://www.irishtrails.ie/ for ideas. We've found the descriptions and the estimated levels of difficulty to be pretty accurate.

My favorite Kerry hike this past May was the Bolus Barracks Loop, https://www.discoverireland.ie/Activities-Adventure/bolus-head-barracks-looped-walk/88297. Views of Skelling Michael and the Kerry coast. Very quiet, only one other car in the parking area and we never saw anyone on the trail. I think it was about 5km.

If you haven’t already, look into the Kerry Way, http://www.kerryway.com. It’s a multi day hike through the peninsula which can be broken up into day hikes. We also liked the Black Valley area on the west side of the Gap of Dunloe.

Happy trails.
