taxis in rural locations

I would like to plan a day trip to the Burren, however I'm a little concerned about being stranded there (we are not renting a car). It seems easy enough to arrange a taxi to travel from Ennis to the Burren, but its the return trip that I'm not sure about. Is it possible to pre-schedule a dependable pick-up at a trailhead to take us back to our hotel in Ennis? I don't know if we'll have phone service, and I'm not counting on anyone being there to help us make a call. Are there any solutions that maybe I'm not thinking of?

A Google search yielded this information. Double check with Bus Eireann and the park for accuracy:
Take the Bus Éireann 333 service from Ennis to Corofin. The journey takes approximately 22 minutes.
Visit the Burren National Park Information Point in Corofin to get maps, learn about the local wildlife, and use the facilities.
Use the free shuttle bus (available seasonally, typically May to August) that runs from the information point into the heart of the Burren, connecting you to various hiking trailheads.

You didn't say when you were going. I would like for a private day tour with a guided hike. Otherwise, you can certainly make arrangements with a taxi driver. I would maybe contact the taxi company ahead and negotiate a set price for this trip (which you can compare with the cost of a private tour). Take a look at "experiences" on AirBnB and see if there is something there that would work for you.
