I have the Magenta Pro Plan and had planned on buying the plan for overseas.
However, I read recently that they do not support the 7+ in Ireland. I suspect it won't
work in the UK as well. I just went to their plan page where it asks what phone you have
and when I put mine in it says not available. Anyone able to use their 7+?
Thank you.
My phone is an Apple 8 plus and I’m on T-Mobile’s Magenta plan. I just returned from Greece and Israel and had some issues with roaming turning off. Once I turned it on again all was fine.

Who doesn’t support Iphone 7+ (the Irish telecoms, T-Mobile, Apple?)
Apple is ending their support for Iphone 7 this year (worldwide). When ios 16 is introduced, you won’t be able to upgrade to it. Your phone will continue to use ios 15.5. The phone will still work, but you won’t get security patches, upgrades, and bug fixes which means eventually apps will stop working. Apple is forcing obsolescence.

One more thing …
Iphone 7 does not support 5g (anywhere). It works fine with 4g. You don’t need to have 5g service to use T-Mobile internationally. I have an Iphone XR and it works fine on T-Mobile in Europe; I just get slower speeds.
