Sunday Roast in Dingle/SW Ireland? Or during the week in Dublin?

Hello Rick Stevers!

Headed to Ireland for the first time this May and desperate for a full Sunday Roast Lunch! We'll be in Dingle/SW Ireland on Sunday--any great carvereys that do a full spread?

We'll also be in Dublin Tues-Fri if there's any "every day of the week" carvery that does a roast lunch.

TIA!

I didn't know carverys were a thing - married to a vegetarian. We stumbled into one in Wick (Scotland) in 2024. There's a weekly one at Farnham's in Cavan which includes a trad session, so we're headed there next year. Neither are on your route.

For Dingle, Google says:

Carvery & Sunday Roasts in Dingle
Dingle offers several traditional Irish pubs and restaurants that serve "Roast of the Day" or full Sunday roasts, which are popular carvery-style dining options. Most pubs in Dingle serve a roast daily, typically including choices like lamb, beef, or turkey and ham.
Several established venues such as James Long Gastro Pub and Paul Geaney's Bar & Restaurant are frequently recommended for their traditional roasts.
