Any one know rates for a single room? How far in advance must you reserve? Thanks for any tips.

I made a booking some while ago as I wanted 13 consecutive nights while attending a summer school. (Didn't like the look of Gateway Student Village which was offered far more chepaly, but some distance away.)
Cost about €77 per night for a single room in a 2-3 bedroom flat. The booking went through on Booking.com and I don't think I had to pay a deposit - not sure about that.
