Suggestions for October Itinerary

My husband and I found a good deal to take an anniversary trip back to Ireland. We spent 2 weeks on our honeymoon touring the south-southwest. Now we'd like to tour some new locations (except Doolin/Cliffs of Moher, we'd like to visit again!) Jet lag doesn't generally hit us and we both sleep well on planes (thank goodness!) We have an automatic rental car planned for pick up at SNN and drop off in DUB. I'd like to know if this itinerary is reasonable, get some sightseeing suggestions, and would like some local eating recommendations if you have them.

9/30- Flight from US
10/1- Drive from SNN, to the Burren, Cliffs of Moher, Doolin Night
10/2- Leave Doolin, drive to Connermara/Kylemore Abbey, Westport Night
10/3- Leave Westport, drive to/explore Achill Island (Keem Bay/Keel Beach), Sligo Night
10/4- Leave Sligo, drive to Glengesh Pass/ Slieve League/ Bunglass Point, Donegal Night
10/5- Leave Donegal, drive to/explore Derry, Portrush Night
10/6- Giants Causeway/ Old Bushmill's Distillery Tour/ Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge/ Dunluce Castle, Portush Night
10/7- Leave Portrush, drive to Dark Hedges, drive to Dublin (drop off rental car), Dublin Night
10/8- Flight home

Thank you for any suggestions you have!

This is definitely a doable itinerary. I did something similar last September(in reverse starting and ending in Dublin). Depending on your preferences a night per town might feel rushed. For me I liked moving around and got to see everything I wanted, but others might prefer a more relaxed trip.

Very doable. We did a similarly paced trip combined with time before in the south and southwest. If you can add a night I would suggest it between Portrush and Dublin. Possibly Trim or Bru na Boinne area.
