Suggestions for Itinerary

We're going to be in Ireland in July for a total of 13 days with plans to start/end the trip in Dublin two days on both ends of the trip. (Locked down due to some other commitments).

We would like to take photos, hike and take in the natural beauty but would like advice on the itinerary.
Looking at RD and other blogs, tentatively planning to go to:
Kilkenny,Portmargee with hope of going to Skelling Michael, Dingle Peninsula, Dingle, Killarney, Ciffs of Moher, Aran Islands and Galloway. One more item on the wish list -- visit a sheep farm and maybe stay at a farm. Trying to figure out how much time to spend in each area and if we should try to go to Northern Island. We'll have a total of 9 days to explore outside of Dublin. Thought/recommendations truly appreciated.

Are you renting a car? I think you might have to shorten your list a bit if you are spending four days in Dublin (if I read that right) that will only leave you 9 other days in between. I can only comment on the places I stopped at and those would be Kilkenny, Killarney, and Galway. I spent four days in each of Galway and Killarney, and just one day/night in Kilkenny. There is so much to see in and around both Killarney and Galway that I think any less than three days wouldn't be enough. If you have a car you can probably cut that to two nights, but try not to be packing up and moving on every night or you will just feel rushed. I would not attempt Northern Ireland with the amount of time you have.
