Staying in Westport & anywhere in between Flying out of Dublin (1 week 4th time in Ireland)

Blessed to be coming back to Ireland for a relaxing trip to Ireland. Driving to Westport to meet family and looking for good food, music and relaxing towns. We have done 4 wonderful trips in the past and seen so much already that this trip is for leisure. We have yet to visit Achill Island or the Aran Islands. My husband is a pro at driving and looking for local spots. We are spending 2 nights in Westport and we are up for suggestions. We are thinking of Bunratty, Adaire and would love repeats to possibly Dingle, Kinsale, Kilkenny on our way to Dublin. Driving is not an issue and stops along the way are part of the fun. Thanks for all suggestions
