St. Aidan's Guesthouse Dublin (Rathgar) - looking for feedback and public transportation

Hi, we're looking at this BnB for our first 4 days in Ireland. Is anyone familiar with this guesthouse? It got good reviews on TA, but none since 2020. Also, what is the public transportation like from Rathgar to the centre? We wouldn't have a car. TIA.

Not sure about the guest house , If no reviews since 2020 might be gone or because of covid etc..rathgar is a straight run into town on the bus about 10 mins off peak
