14 nights, southern loop, into Dublin and out of Shannon.
Dublin 3 night
Kilkenny- 2 nghts
Cobh-2 night
Killarney-3 nights
Galway- 3 night
Bunratty- 1 night to be close to shannon.
The first 7 nights will be just my husband and me and for the last 7 nights we plan to fly our 2 adult children to Shannon to meet us in Killarney. We will pick up a car upon leaving Dublin.
I would add Dingle to the mix. I would add 2 days there by taking away one night from Kilkenny and one from Cobh.

I was planning on a day trip to Dingle from Killarney. We try very hard to avoid one night stays. We don't want to spend a lot of time checking into and out of places. So we generally stay in places 2-3 nights and take day trips from there along with visiting the immediate area. Cobh was not on my itinerary originally bec we were going for 12 nights. The trip extended mainly bec of air rates so I added Cobh to the first week as the second 7 nights, I need to plan around my kids joining us.
Thank you for your advice- something to think about.
