Hi, A friend and I are headed to Ireland. We will be in Shannon for a few days and then headed to Galway. We were wanting to take the bus but can't seem to find a bus between these locations. I did see a bus from Shannon airport to Galway but wanted to avoid having to taxi to the airport. Does anyone know if there's a bus station in Shannon where we could catch the bus to Galway. Thanks so much!

From Shannon (town) you need to take the Bus Eireann #343 to Shannon Airport every hour then switch onto the #51 to Galway.
Alternatively take the #343 to it's end beyond the Airport at Ennis Station, and switch onto the #51 there. You have a 30 minute wait time at the Airport or 10 minutes at Ennis.
On the way back you have 20 minutes to switch at Ennis, or 50 at the Airport.
Shannon town has no bus station- so you would have to check which on street stop is closest to where you are staying.
