Are US bound flights going to benefit from this, or will USA TSA rules still apply to US bound flights?
With Shannon having US pre-clearance, I suspect US may not allow it as a passenger could transfer to a US domestic flight with non compliant sizes, if they can manage a transfer without leaving 'airside', or run into problems if they do need to re-screen.
There was no mention of flights to USA but since you go through TSA clearance, no dice.
