My husband and I want to take the 14 day Ireland trip September 2024 and we’re just wondering if there is a particular time of month that is better. We are not bothered by rain but wonder if the days are really getting shorter at the end of the month due to geographic location. Thanks in advance for any information.

September is a very nice month to visit - good weather, fewer crowds (after Labor Day), plentiful daylight, etc.
I wouldn't hesitate to book a tour then.

The autumnal equinox is 23rd September. Check out sunrise and sunset times for Dublin here. Theres an hour difference in sunset times from the start of the month to the end of the month.
